Shipping is calculated at checkout.
Larger items are shipped via White Glove Delivery only. You will be contacted one to two days in advance to schedule a Monday through Friday delivery appointment. White Glove Delivery includes inside delivery, setup, and removal of shipping materials.
Most of our products are made-to-order and so all sales are final. However, if something arrives damaged or defective, let us know and we will make arrangements for a replacement.
For in-stock items, if you aren’t happy with your new piece, just let us know within 7 days of receipt and we will gladly allow you to return it for a refund or exchange.
Please note that original delivery fees are non-refundable and additional shipping fees may apply.
