We are color-obsessed and do our best to maintain the highest standards of color consistency; however, due to the variations from the hand-dying process and individual screen settings, colors on screen may not accurately reflect the true colors of the rug in real life.

Rugs (especially wool rugs) are prone to a natural shedding process. With regular vacuuming, the shedding will decrease over time. Hand-knotted rugs tend to shed less than hand-tufted rugs, and flatweave rugs will shed less than those with a deeper pile, but all rugs will shed more in high-traffic areas than they do in lower-traffic spaces.

Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Larger items are shipped via White Glove Delivery only. You will be contacted one to two days in advance to schedule a Monday through Friday delivery appointment. White Glove Delivery includes inside delivery, setup, and removal of shipping materials.

Returns
Most of our products are made-to-order and so all sales are final. However, if something arrives damaged or defective, let us know and we will make arrangements for a replacement.

For in-stock items, if you aren’t happy with your new piece, just let us know within 7 days of receipt and we will gladly allow you to return it for a refund or exchange.
